Climate Action and Sustainable Packaging

Forty percent of plastic produced turns into packaging, used only once before being discarded. Add to that nonplastic packaging – such as paper and cardboard, glass, and aluminum – and packaging can comprise a significant portion of total waste.

With this in mind, PTL has made the switch to more sustainable packaging choices that can drive significant environmental improvements. Amidst a backdrop of heightened consumer awareness about the impact of waste leakage, it is our belief that shifting to sustainable packaging can drive the greatest benefit to our bottom line.

We have developed a structured approach by establishing a means of measuring progress, understanding, and evaluating our options – from reducing to re-sourcing - then communicating these changes to our customers.
